DIM SIMS?

​Like so many Aussie things, a little twist could make a big difference!

Melbourne’s almost infinite variety of dim sims range from the traditional Chinese eateries to those enjoyed at football and cricket grounds; in bars, bistros, and fish and chip shops, or sold in supermarkets. They vary in size, quality, appeal, texture and deliciousness.

 

Our hand-moulded dim sim is bigger than most at 60gms each, with all the goodness encased by a taut and textured pastry skin. 

 

A good amount of protein (chicken), plus textured soy protein, for nutrition predominate.  Added cabbage, onion and water chestnuts give the crunch and that certain sweetness. Spices and condiments suffuse the lot.

 

Result: A fair Dinkum Dim Sim that is flavoursome!
